Our Real Estate Team

Ray Mihara
President of Ray Mihara, P.A.

I've been in marketing and sales since I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Roger Williams University in 1990. Because I played hockey as a kid (and still do), I got involved with the promotion and advertising of the Buffalo Sabres professional hockey team. I then moved to Tampa in 1992 to join the sales and marketing group of the then-newly-formed Tampa Bay Lightning. During my four years with the Lightning, I headed up a sales group that helped establish many national attendance records. I also served as a consultant in other sports-related marketing enterprises, but it's in real estate where I found my greater calling. I became a Realtor in 1996.

Before joining Signature Realty Associates in 2005, Ray Mihara, P.A. was the agent at the brokerage firm in which it was previously located, from 1998 to 2004.  Without losing traction, Ray Mihara, P.A. became the top sales agent for Signature Realty Associates in 2005 and 2006 and remained in the top 1% nationwide for sales volume.

I really love selling real estate, I believe that homeownership is still the American Dream, and my knowledge, compassion and dedication are geared to make it happen for my clients. I work hard to have a positive impact on your experience towards the attainment of your home. And you can reach me anytime day or night. I answer my phone calls and I respond to my e-mails. My direct line is (813) 240-5255, and my e-mail address is RayMihara@aol.com.

Judy Mihara
Head, Financial Operations and Quality Assurance

Judy has over 30 years of sales experience in a variety of industries, all of them male dominated: air freight services, biotech products, electronic test equipment, and information technology systems. And in each of these industries, she won numerous awards exceeding sales quotas (just think of all the jealous guys). No surprise, then, that she has been a sales recruiter and a management consultant in sales force development. She insists that each associate excel in salesmanship, knowledge of the homes and neighborhoods, and, especially, listening skills and the carry through of promises.

“My experiences tell me that the key to sales success is honesty, reliability, product knowledge, and great customer service.” She adds, “Ray and I work well together because our philosophies are the same.

As a Realtor in 1998, Judy co-founded Ray Mihara, P.A., where she oversees its financial operations and its overall quality control. A music buff, Judy co-produces and markets recordings for a variety of jazz combos - and she’s also a great cook!

Cathy Renwick
Office Manager

I am not one to quickly employ the overly aggressive Realtor. It is sometimes the experienced hand, the one who helps calm things down rather than stir things up, that is required. Enter our office manager: Cathy Renwick. She assists me, seamlessly, in implementing the services that we promise our customers. In addition, Cathy coordinates all of the showings, open houses, and marketing programs.

A licensed Realtor since 1972, Cathy is a multi-million dollar producer who is comfortable as both a buyer's agent and as a listing agent. She is also the in-house "techie" because of her many years in the telecommunications and computer software industries as a senior documentation analyst. Having lived in Tampa most of her life, she is familiar with the area's housing patterns, its history, its trends, and also its equine population. In fact, she is the current president of The Tampa Horse Show Association, Inc.

Agents

Mark Becker

To me, the corner stone for Ray Mihara, P.A. is customer satisfaction. Mark came to Florida in 1994 from New York City with 18 years in the hotel industry where customer service is the product. 14 of those years Mark spent working for Leona Helmsley at the Helmsley Palace Hotel in Manhattan . Mark's success as a Realtor has much to do with his customer service mantra. Part of that includes making sure that all aspects of the selling or buying process is understood. A multi-million dollar producer, Mark is a seasoned professional in both aspects of real estate, selling homes as well aiding buyers to find their perfect home. Mark is great to have around because of his good sense of humor, which is a great asset in an industry where so much has to occur prior to a closing.

Mike Eagan

Mike's 20 years of sales accomplishments in the professional sports industry (try selling tickets when your team is in the middle of relocating) prompted me to recruit him in 2003. Converting Mike's prior experience from sports to real estate was a "slam dunk," A million dollar producer, Mike made his first sale in the first week he was a Realtor. His exceptional listening and customer service skills make him very easy to work with for both buyers and sellers alike. He quickly became a specialist in housing requirements for the physically challenged. Mike is an avid reader and moviegoer, but sports make him smile. You'll like Mike as much as Mike likes sports, and Mike loves sports.

Mark Hangen

With many years of experience in sales before becoming a Realtor in 2000, Mark has worked with people from all walks of life. A former educator, Mark has the patience and ability not only to find just the right home for his buyers, but also to walk them through the home's purchase - explaining in simple words every detail along the way. A multi-million dollar producer, Mark's success can also be evidenced by the numerous letters of accolade he receives from his satisfied customers. To relax, Mark is a sports enthusiast and also plays hockey, and to no surprise, plays very well.

Cindy Hoag

A multi-million dollar producer, Cindy specializes as a buyer's and seller's agent for upper-tier homes in the tri-county area. This comes naturally as a result of her past experience as a financial manager and contract negotiator in Silicon Valley and Washington , D.C. There are times when silence and diplomacy move your sales endeavors along better than "flash n' dash," and Cindy knows when those times occur. Once you've worked with Cindy, you'll be a fan for life. She excels due to her professionalism, amazing energy, and dedication to our community. She always finds time to be actively involved in school and local projects. Our city girl, Cindy has taken not only to water-skiing, jet-skiing, and fishing but has learned first hand how to build a seawall on her family's property.

Wayne Schulaski

As a former project manager and sales force leader of a high-end consumer electronics company, Wayne specialized in customer relations and sales negotiations. Integrity, honesty, and attention to more than just electronic details were the principles that Wayne 's great reputation was built upon, and that's what makes him a valuable asset to our clients. Within a very short time he has become a multi-million dollar producer. A niche has evolved for Wayne; he finds renters for those of our customers who invest in rental properties. I encourage being open to new opportunities and am very impressed with Wayne taking this concept and running with it. We're certainly glad to have him on board. Besides Wayne's genius with electronic gadgets, he plays a mean 12 string guitar.

Lightning
The Official Ray Mihara, P.A. Mascot

This little rascal is mentioned here for a good reason. A pet's reaction to relocation is something our clients often take seriously. We do, too. If it's good for your pets and makes your household more harmonious, then we're pleased too.
