    • Homes are listed on the MLS.
    • There are no upfront fees.
    • We handle all showings, which are scheduled and coordinated based on your requirements. We get feedback on these showings, which we share with you. This important information increases our ability to sell your home more quickly.
    • We hold Open Houses for your home, of course, based on your agreement and schedule. The feedback from these open houses is treated like those from showings.
    • After an offer, there are many things that have to happen to effect the closing; for example, we coordinate and set up all the necessary appointments required for a successful closing. Our responsibility is to make sure that all the i’s are dotted and all the t’s are crossed.
    • We prepare the contract for your home and make sure you understand every item, and we work together to negotiate the best terms and price for you. We understand the importance of this event in your life, and we don’t look at you as volume or a number. You’ll feel our personal commitment to you and that we’re making this happen together.
